Ending Street Homelessness in the Inner City: Adelaide Zero Project Implementation Plan

The Adelaide Zero Project seeks to end street homelessness in the inner city and ultimately end homelessness in South Australia. This collaborative program, funded by the Don Dunstan Foundation, follows similar program models implemented in cities, such as Chicago, Detroit, and New Orleans.
